Leave it to the Alba-Warrens to make Mother’s Day a stylish affair.

On Sunday, the family of four, along with Jessica Alba‘s mom Catherine, stepped out for a celebratory lunch at the Bel Air Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif. And everyone looked so chic.

Alba paired a belted Ella Moss Stella Racer Back Dress in khaki ($268) with silver platform sandals, while husband Cash Warren wore a black and white gingham short sleeve shirt with cream trousers and black boat loafers.

To complement mommy and daddy’s spring-worthy attire, Honor, 4½, and Haven, 18 months, both donned pastel-colored party frocks with metallic ballet flats. Honor even brought along a few doll pals.

Warren must have been excited to show off the beautiful women in his life. During lunch, he posted a sweet photo of Alba, her mom and their daughters with the caption: “Quality time with Nana. Three generations.”

A few days before turning 5, Honor attended a friend’s birthday party with dad Cash Warren in Beverly Hills on Sunday.

And just like mom Jessica Alba, she made sure to turn heads in a ballerina-chic ensemble (black cardigan, red dress, black tights and red flats).

Honor also stayed true to her Bunheads-themed look with a cute topknot hairstyle.

We think this is one of the 4½-year-old’s best outfits. Actually we loved her embellished frock so much, we had to track it down.

It’s the Sugar Plum Fairy dress ($159) by Tutu du Monde, which features a sequined bodice adorned with pretty rosettes.

Love it, but don’t want to break the bank? This more affordable version ($39) by Sansha Girls is equally as cute.

Double the Cute! Jessica Alba’s Matching Girls

Talk about adorable! Just two days apart, Jessica Alba treated us to not one but two cute instances of her girls in matching outfits.

On Monday, the actress (who wore a black polka dot dress, jean jacket and straw wedge sandals) and her daughters Honor, 5, and Haven, almost 2, attended Ralph Lauren‘s Fall 2013 Children’s Show in Sagaponack, N.Y. and Alba’s little fashionistas-in-training both donned the brand’s Nautical Seersucker Dress ($50) and white Mary Jane flats.

And as if that wasn’t sartorially sweet enough, we spotted Honor and Haven wearing the same DVF for Gap Kids floral frock while out and about with their mom in Malibu, Calif. on Saturday.

Alba is clearly having fun playing stylist to her daughters. And what mother wouldn’t. Tell us, do you dress your girls up in matching  clothing?

1 Shoe, 3 Ways: Rainbow Colored Sneakers

We’re big fans of Honor Warren, Anja Mazur and Leni Samuel‘s mini style. Just like their fashionable moms, they always look casual yet cool when out and about. So it was fun to see the different ways the three cuties rocked New Balance‘s Rainbow sneakers ($53).

On July 21, Jessica Alba‘s oldest girl wore them with a Paul Frank graphic tee and patterned leggings in Brentwood, Calif., while Alessandra Ambrósio‘s Mini Me paired hers with a fun white printed T-shirt and black running pants on May 14 in Santa Monica.

Heidi Klum‘s daughter went for a cozy mix (open-weave turquoise sweater and pink cropped tights with black lace trim) while hanging with her family at The Grove in L.A. on May 26.

It’s clear the running shoes are a big hit among Hollywood’s youngest set. The fun color combination allows the sneakers to work with almost any outfit.

She may have sat front row Sunday at mom Victoria Beckham‘s Spring 2014 show, but Harper, 2, isn’t the only celeb tot making the rounds during this fall’s New York Fashion Week.

We also spotted a too-cute Haven Warren and her mommy Jessica Alba having a mini meet and greet Saturday with style icon and designer Diane von Furstenberg.

“With my mentor @DVF — can’t wait for her show tomorrow,” wrote the actress to describe the adorable photo she posted of the trio.

After we got over our serious case of envy, we couldn’t help but notice the quirky and colorful doll the 2-year-old was holding in the pic. We weren’t sure who made it so we did a little digging. Turns out, it’s a Dammit Doll.

Weird name for a children’s toy? Absolutely! But it’s not really for kids. The cloth plaything was actually created as a stylish stress reliever for grown-ups. We bet it really comes in handy during fashion’s biggest week.

Jessica Alba: I Used to Be So Self-Conscious About My Body

It’s hard to believe it, but there was a time when Jessica Alba was unhappy with the way she looked.

“I was a lot more critical of my body when it was probably pretty awesome,” she admits in the October issue of Health.

“Why did I not ever wear jean shorts? That’s so crazy. I was so skinny. I didn’t have any cellulite … what was I thinking?”

But after she had two kids – daughters Honor, 5, and Haven, 2 – the actress became more accepting of her body.

“I was more willing to wear short skirts after I had my kids. I never wore them before. Ever. I was so self-conscious,” she says. “Now I’m a lot more confident in my skin — because who cares? At the end of the day, it’s so much time spent on something that really doesn’t matter that much.”

Alba, 32, credits the way she looks today to healthy eating (she avoids processed foods and starts the morning with a green juice drink that includes veggies like kale, spinach and celery) and interval training, but after she had her second daughter in 2011, there was something else that helped her get back into shape — a corset.

“Your muscles are completely stretched,” she explains. “[The corset] gets the muscle memory going quicker. It’s just to get our body back. Because everything is everywhere!”

As for her favorite way to unwind, you can catch the Machete Kills star in the bathtub – after both kids are safely tucked into bed.

“I put in a bag of Epsom salts or Honest Bubble Bath, and sometimes I’ll watch TV or sometimes I’m on my iPad on Pinterest,” she says. “There is no way that taking a bath is fun when the kids are awake, because they want to get in, too, and they’re for sure peeing in it!”

We’re yelling a big hooray (in our heads, at least) for Jessica Alba and Honor Warren‘s mommy-and-daughter style.

On Thursday, the fashionable 5-year-old visited the set of her mom’s movie, How to Make Love Like an Englishman, in the cutest Parisian-chic ensemble.

Honor paired a gray knit beanie hat with a cream henley top, Wunway‘s pink tulle Izabella skirt ($52), charcoal tights and worn brown work boots.

Alba, on the other hand, went for a more casual yet cool look with Splendid‘s Pop Stripe sweater ($158), blue print pants, a crossbody bag and Isabel Marant‘s black Bekett sneaker ($695).

Later on in her trailer, the Machete Kills star played make-up artist for her little girl to help her get ready for Halloween.

“Serious business transforming Honor into a Rainbow-Mermaid-Princess while I’m at work today for #Halloween,” wrote Alba on Instagram.

Jessica Alba: How I (Try to) Discipline My Daughters

$

Jessica Alba Baby2Baby Gala Jon Kopaloff/FilmMagic

Having a 5-year-old and a 2-year-old under the same roof is a delicate balancing act — and one that proud mother Jessica Alba is just starting to truly appreciate.

“Their needs are a little different now,” the actress told PEOPLE of daughters Honor Marie and Haven Garner while attending the second annual Baby2Baby Gala. “They’re getting to an age where they play together and they do fight, which is funny.”

Funny in the sense that the sisters don’t engage in straight fisticuffs, rather they involve themselves in the age-old ritual of sibling rivalry merging with sibling revelry.

“They steal stuff from each other!” Alba shares. “They’re constantly snatching things out of the other one’s hand, destroying something that the other one’s building.”

For Alba, 32, who grew up with a sibling of her own, larceny and wanton demolition of property are par for the course. “It’s normal kid stuff,” she says with a laugh. “I did the same thing with my brother.”

What is still new for the Sin City star — despite having embraced her role as doting matriarch — is figuring out how to mete out appropriate discipline when met with, well, two adorable faces.

“So now it’s, ‘Stand in the corner and put your nose against the wall!’” Alba says. “My 2-year-old can last 15 seconds before she’s like, ‘Okay, I’m done!’, and then I’m like, ‘Wait, it’s not up to you!’ My 5-year-old can go for some time, like a minute or two.”

Though being the disciplinarian may not be her strong suit, Alba is certain of the one noble truth of being a parent.

“Every day I just want them to be happy and good and thoughtful,” she explains. “I just want them to be nice people.”

Now you can stroll like starlet Jessica Alba! The actress, author, and co-founder of The Honest Company is teaming up with Baby Jogger to launch a super sleek limited edition stroller.

The City Mini GT ($369) is part of the eco-conscious home and baby product brand’s new line of designer offerings called The Collective, which includes everything from toys and accessories to gear from boutique stores like Manny and Simon and B.Box.

Just like the regular City Mini, this version has the genius folds-with-one-hand technology that all moms adore, but it’s covered in an ultra-durable, easy-to-wash fabric that matches the company’s gray and teal color palette.

“We see The Collective as another way for us to deliver on our promise to continually inspire and delight,” says the mom to daughters Haven, 2, and Honor, 5.

And if there’s one stylish celeb mom who inspires us — it’s definitely Jessica!

Talk about Christmas cheer!

Jaime King and Jessica Alba embody the holiday spirit in this shot King posted to her Instagram account Wednesday night. The duo share an embrace in front of the Christmas tree while King sweetly snuggles infant son James Knight.

King also declared that her longtime friend has an extra-special role in her son’s life: Godmother.

“With James Knight and his Nina (Godmother),” King captioned the photo, then added, “Thank you Jess for your unending love and light – we are so grateful for you.”

The Hart of Dixie star, 34, and husband Kyle Newman welcomed little James Oct. 6 — two months after King’s Star Wars-themed baby shower.

Since his birth, King has not made a secret of her struggle to balance mom and professional duties, but she has made one thing clear: family comes first.

“I’m from the mid-west so for me, it’s all about family,” she told PEOPLE earlier this month. “It’s always been about family.”

Jessica Alba‘s baby product empire continues to grow!

Just last month, the actress, author and Honest Company co-founder teamed up with Baby Jogger to release a stylish new take on the City Mini GT stroller.

And now, she’s connecting with another popular brand for a chic spin on an old favorite — aden + anais‘s super cute (and soft!) muslin swaddles.

The gender-neutral designs (hot air balloon elephants, stars and clouds) are printed on GOTS certified organic cotton and retail for $55. Honest members can snap them up for $41.21.

“These are the newest item in our specially curated assortment of unique family essentials, The Collective,” Alba says.

“We see The Collective as another way for us to deliver on our promise to continually inspire and delight!”

It’s a good thing Alba is so excited about this collaboration because daughters Honor, 5, and Haven, 2, often help test out her products.

And if it’s anything like the aden + anais/Hello Kitty collection, we’re betting these sweet swaddles will disappear fast.

Jessica Alba: Why Not Kissing Your Kids on the Mouth Is Weird

People are all about puppy love, so Jessica Alba just can’t understand why parents would shy away from smooches with their children.

The mom-of-two admits she sees nothing wrong with kissing her daughters, Honor Marie, 5½, and Haven Garner, 2½, on the mouth — and can’t believe others might find it unusual.

“Really?! Why?! It’s your baby. People allow dogs to lick at their mouths,” Alba, 32, says in the April issue of Redbook.

Despite her success in the spotlight, the actress admits many of her “closest girlfriends” hail from outside of Hollywood — straight from her Mommy and Me class.

But even running in a circle of non-famous friends isn’t enough to keep the photographers at bay.

“It’s weird when we’re doing normal mom things and there’s paparazzi around,” she explains. “That’s the only thing that makes everyone uncomfortable.”

And when she’s not hanging with her gal pals, Alba is busy balancing out husband Cash Warren‘s love of fantasy football with her own obsessions: Instagram and bargain shopping.

“I bought my hot pink desk off Craigslist. I have a problem. I love vintage furniture and refurbishing is one of the most eco things you can do,” The Honest Company co-founder says.

“I also got a couple of cool chairs and Danish mid-century credenzas off of Craigslist.”

Jessica Alba Jokes: I Wish Honor Would Dress Her Age

Like mother, like daughter?

Sounds like such is the case — at least in the style department — for Jessica Alba and 5½-year-old daughter Honor Marie.

But it’s not necessarily something Alba, 32, is thrilled about. It’s not like she wants her daughter to have poor taste, she just wishes her little one dressed for her age.

“Honor likes wearing heels and dresses,” Alba told PEOPLE Monday at an intimate fête inside the Mondrian Hotel’s Herringbone restaurant in West Hollywood to celebrate her very first Nylon magazine cover. “I’m like, ‘No! [Don't you want to] climb a tree?’”

The happy-go-lucky founder of The Honest Company has echoed similar statements to PEOPLE in the past: “For sure I see a mini me. I was a tomboy when I was a kid. Honor is like me grown up. It’s so bizarre.”

Apparel does not go to waste in the Alba household, as the mom-of-two is a big fan of letting her 2½-year-old daughter, Haven Garner, get plenty of wear out of Honor’s old wardrobe.

“Honor’s clothes get handed down to Haven,” she says, adding that her older daughter “loves” being a big sister. “That’s the way I was raised, so that’s how it is for my family, too.”

When it comes to her own style, the upcoming Sin City 2 starlet says she’s a fan of tone-on-tone, mixing patterns and bright orange.

One thing she can do without? Excessive wear of thigh-high boots.

“They can get a bit hooker,” she jokes. “I think they can be fine for occasional nights out, but not for every single day.”

Jessica Alba Shares Eco-Friendly Nursery Tips with Cricket’s Circle

Jessica Alba Cricket's Circle TipsJustin Coit

We’ve already confessed how much we love Cricket’s Circle, a new baby product recommendation site.

And that includes their very informative blog, which often features advice from celebrity moms.

Last month Honest Company founder and actress Jessica Alba shared her baby-friendly beauty routine.

Next up: how to create a safe sleeping space for your tot.

Check out her tips below:

BE AN EARLY BIRD
If you’re preparing a nursery to be a haven for you and your little one, take a couple months before your due date to make it fume-free from top to bottom and to let the dust settle – literally.

FLOOR IT
Babies spend a lot of time on the floor, so, instead of wall-to-wall carpeting and synthetic area rugs in my daughter’s nursery, I used modular Flor tiles or natural-fiber Capel Rugs. If you have hardwood floors, try refinishing them in PVC-free options like tung oil or polywhey from Vermont Natural Coatings. Or, try cork flooring: it’s a renewable resource and it clicks together easily.

OFF THE WALL
Avoid that “new paint smell” (which is harmful) with Mythic Paint, which is VOC-free (volatile organic compound — look it up). Let a not-pregnant friend paint and run a HEPA air purifier for at least a week following (I actually still run one in Haven’s room). Also, Graham & Brown does wallpaper in gorgeous patterns made from recycled content and Phillip Jeffries makes cool textures in organic cotton — make sure to use non-toxic adhesive.

PLASTIC (NOT SO) FANTASTIC
Off-gassing is what happens when toxins from plastics and common household goods, from mattresses to furniture to paint, are released into the air. My husband Cash thought I was crazy for not letting some plastic baby gifts into the house, but they had that signature smell. If Auntie must see your baby in a pic with her plastic present, let it air out outside first.

SLEEP EASY
When I asked Honest co-founder Christopher Gavigan, author of Healthy Child, Healthy World, what is the most toxic item in the home, I couldn’t believe his response was mattresses and cushions. Look for materials like polyester, wool, down and cotton from brands like Naturepedic and avoid flammable polyurethane foam that is usually treated with toxic flame retardants.

Jessica Alba sure knows how to throw a party! For daughter Honor‘s 6th birthday (June 7), the actress planned a series of fun events including a “My Little Pony”-themed bash and a trip to Disneyland.

Alba also commemorated Honor’s special day with a super cute Flipagram post featuring her fave photos of her little girl.

We just can’t get over the adorable outfits Honor and her little sister Haven,2½, wore during their day of adventure. Their matching pink tutus are so sweet.

Alba also kept things stylish yet casual in a denim moto vest, white tank and Ella Moss‘s Meadow silk Long Skirt ($198). Dad Cash Warren doesn’t look so bad either. We bet he’s excited about his upcoming Father’s Day.

Now that her daughters are growing up, the star is finding more and more ways to celebrate her motherhood role.

Alba recently purchased an Ellea Double Ring ($2,080) from Thea by Emilie Duchene that features both girls’s names on opposite sides, which she showed off a few days after Mother’s Day.

Jessica Alba: Haven Is Still ‘Super Into Her Crib’

If she’s being honest, Jessica Alba could probably use a break.

But, as she’s cultivated her nearly billion-dollar business, The Honest Company, the 33-year-old finds release by returning to the sound stage that made her famous in films like Sin City and The Fantastic Four.

“It’s nice to have something that just doesn’t make any sense,” the actress told PEOPLE Friday while educating families on safe sleep environments with Honest and Baby2Baby at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

“Movies don’t make sense — playing a random character that is completely make-believe … mentally balances out all of that structure that I’m [still getting] used to in business.”

Even with her many ways to keep life manageable, Alba calls total balance “impossible.” She confesses, “I feel like I’m pulled in 20 different directions [at all times].”

Jessica Alba Honest Children's Hospital
Vanessa Preziose Photography

Between traveling, nurturing her earth-friendly baby product line and raising daughters Honor Marie, 6, and Haven Garner, 3, Alba admits, “It can be really long days. When I’m home after I’ve put the kids to bed I’m still going.”

She says with a laugh, “When you’re running a company there is no 9 to 5. It’s like a 24/7 [job].”

Alba also credits a strong support system, including friend Kelly Sawyer of Baby2Baby, for helping her keep her many hats on straight. “It really helps to have someone who has your back when we’re going through our own trials and tribulations,” she says.

Most important to Alba, though, is squeezing in time for her little girls. “[Being a mom is] my priority. I feel like they’re growing up too fast, and I want to freeze them in time,” she shares. “I don’t think that’s going to happen because every day they’re just getting taller and sometimes more sassy.”

But there is one thing that her youngest still isn’t willing to give up — and Alba is more than happy to indulge her.

“Oh my God, she loves her crib,” the actress says of daughter Haven. “She wants sleepovers because her sister has sleepovers so I try to do sleepovers with Mom. She says, ‘Okay Mommy, I’m done. I need to go back to my crib now.'”

Alba adds, “She’s so restless — she wants to talk so she’s super into her crib. It’s really cute and I’m like, ‘Yes, stay a baby forever.'”
